Welcome to Metta Cats and Dogs Sanctuary (MCDS), home to more than 60 rescued street cats and 20 dogs. Since our establishment in the 90s, we have rehabilitated hundreds of abused and abandoned animals, and we now provide a safe, warm and loving home for those who are waiting for their turn.
In Pali language, “metta” means loving kindness and also refers to the special bond shared between humans and animals.
