Suitable for: A family with an active lifestyle who will take a chance on a senior dog; Woofie needs his walks at least twice a day to expend his energy. Very friendly and enthusiastic most of the time so families with only adults / older children are preferred

Background: Given up by his owner in June 2017, and taken in by MCDS. Woofie pined for his owner at first, but since has flourished and grown under our volunteers’ adoration and attention.

Sociability with humans: Very friendly and sociable! He didn’t seem to get the memo that he’s no longer a puppy so when he’s excited with people he likes, he prances around like a lil pup!

Sociability with other dogs/cats: Selective, tends to be vocal when he is excited.

Health conditions: No known health conditions. Prone to slight tummy upset when he gobbles his food. Neutered.

Fun fact: Nothing is inedible to Woofie. Also has BIG LOVE for rolling around in grass patches. Bonus: looks extremely handsome in sunglasses!
